Claudio has studied mechanical engineering at ETH Zürich and has specialised in renewable energies. In 2019 he has initiated the EIT Food project Phenoliva which he is leading since then. He is one of the three co-founders of the start-up Gaia Technologies and is passionate about circular economy and entrepreneurship.
