When Noble Foods asked me in 2007 if it was possible to build a light bulb for chickens I simply said yes. Little did I know just what we could achieve. Reducing mortality up to 50% saving huge amounts of energy and water, improving profits by up to 20% for an Industry that was chasing only 1%. Thats what gives me a great buzz. Today I advise global players with millions of tons of food production at stake. We break down barriers to technology almost daily, its just so exciting. My current personal aim is linking all the environmental elements together. The results will totally change the face food production as we know it and we are doing it right now.
