Over the last 15-20 years we‘ve created, scaled, operated and exited
multiple technology startups. Our corporate executive experience
includes digital transformation, corporate ventures, strategy, mergers &
acquisitions, and portfolio & synergy management.

Our unique experience from both sides of the table has allowed us to cut
our teeth on investments (making as well as taking), has taken us
through more than 30 due diligence processes and acquisitions, and
provided us experience with IPO preparations.
